This event is currently in the works, and is being planned through a Strategic Event Planning Class I am taking at Loyola. 

This includes the notification of over 50 schools, and the planning for the conference, accommodations, and tourism of those attending. 

Currently, save the dates, and invitations have been sent out. Accommodations and conference areas have been booked. We are working on filling goodie bags for the attendees through donations from various New Orleans based companies and nonprofits.
