Catering, Rentals, Venue: The Summit House Restaurant 

For Christmas this past year I was tasked with finding an elegant, smaller venue that offered a private room and a very "Christmasy" feeling. 

After scouting quiet a few different venues in the Southern California area I settled on The Summit House restaurant in Fullerton, CA. 

I choose The Summit because it offered exactly what my client was looking for: 

-A prearranged menu for a seated meal with several options, the cost was per person and reasonable for the meal. 

-A private room that allowed us to have a large portion of the restaurant without having the exorbitant cost of renting out the entire place. 

-A charming and warm extremely holiday filled environment with various decor options that I worked with the on-site planner to accomplish.

All tablescapes and menu options were designed and chosen by me in association with their manager and chef. I even set up an early tasting dinner for my company's CEO and his family so I knew they were satisfied with my choices beforehand. 

This event turned out wonderfully. In large part due to location itself, and their exceptional staff, but also due to proper pre-planning and attention to detail on my part.
