This event was just plain fun! 

I have worked with Philips and Jason several times and find it a delightful venue, it is a great space and a bit of a hidden treasure. 

The theme, location, and menu were entirely chosen by me. I choose a menu of hors d'oeuvres and flatbreads that were in constant rotation around the party, throughout the night. 

Once again I had a limited budget to work with and managed this by suggesting a room fee + a compensation if our bar bill, which was a cash bar, did not reach a certain amount. I did this knowing what a party of roughly that size had previously spent and negotiated it below that. 

This was creative thinking on my part to allow us to have our party at a location we could not otherwise afford. 

The Christmas decorations were also my suggestion to the bar in preparation for the upcoming holiday season and added a beautiful feel to the place.
